First you want to look at the fragrance pages and make your decision on what you would like. Next click on the SHOP page and select the item you wish to purchase. Type in your answer to all questions and then choose quantity. Click on shopping cart or checkout to finalize your order.
Payment & Shipping
We accept all major credit cards including PayPal. Our integrated shipping policy is ideal for our consumers no matter where you are, as simple as a few clicks. We use trusted carriers for the best exclusive rates. Be mindful that there are two ways of checking out - use the regular credit card checkout button or use the paypal button. Scribble On Me, LLC. also accept payments by G-Pay and cash app $ScribbleOnMe You may only pay with these options if you request to receive an invoice to pay by one of these methods. due to covid our shipping will maintain its 5 to 10 day lead time to get the products out to you the customer.

Scribble On Me uses the services of a third party to process credit card information. Scribble On Me do not have access to your credit card information and no information is stored on Scribble On Me server.
Returns & Refunds
In case of a dis-satisfied purchase, please read the refund & exchange policy entirely. We want our customers to have trust and purchase with confidence. Scribble On Me, llc does not accept returns. Any customized scented/unscented candles and other goods will not be refunded; furthermore, it is best that you the consumer check all details of the order before placing the order. only damaged products are refundable if the order cannot be successfully created; meaning if the product has not been discontinued. All returns must be accompanied with original receipt and post stamped within 10 days of original postage sent date. A refund can only be sent to the original method of payment. If you the consumer no longer have access to the payment method; please contact your bank or credit union for the original payment method to claim the funds after the refund is sent. A refund normally takes about 5 to 7 business days. You, the customer are responsible for return shipping. Will I get a receipt with my order?
Yes; you will receive an invoice with your order that can be used to return or exchange merchandise.
Will my credit card be charged immediately?
Yes; your credit card will be charged immediately and you will also receive an e-mail confirming your that your order has been received within 24 hours. You will receive another e-mail to notify you when your order has been shipped.
How can I track my order?
A confirmation email including your order details and tracking number will be sent once your order has been shipped.
What happens if my item arrived damaged or was lost?
All shipped items are insured. Inspect your order immediately upon delivery. It is unlikely that anything will be damaged as we pack our orders well. If you detect visible physical damage or missing items, email or call us immediately if damage has been detected.
If you receive damaged merchandise or do not receive it at all, the carrier will need to conduct an investigation. Please contact us immediately about the problem within 3 business days of receipt of the merchandise or 3 days after the scheduled delivery date in case of non-receipt. In case of damage DO NOT discard any shipping materials and manufacturer’s packaging. Please re-seal the damaged products using the original packaging materials. You must send the package back within 5 business days.
How do I cancel my order?
If for any reason you must cancel an order, please cancel within 2 hours of purchasing. You may contact our customer service by clicking here to email Scribble On Me Candles We will cancel your order provided it has not already been processed and/or shipped.
Does Scribble On Me charge shipping & handling & tax fees?
Yes; the sales tax will be added where applicable and the shipping and handling are added to all orders shipped. you will find that information in the checkout cart when finalizing your order.
Item shipped internationally may be subject to customs processing depending on the item's declared value. buyers may be subject to additional charges for customs clearance.
What about discounts?
Any scented candles purchased with an applied discount will be honored only by refunding the item at the cost of sale, minus the shipping & handling and taxes. Any customized scented candles will not be refunded; furthermore, it is best that you the consumer check all details of the order before placing the order.
We are proud to announce that we pay attributions to for some of our printed designs. Any items shown in pictures that are not the advertised product are not for sale; unless there is a category listed for that particular items for sale.
Where are the fragrances?
Our fragrance and essential oil listing is on the main landing page located at the bottom. If you would like a fragrance that we do not have on our website, please reach out to us and we will do our best to create/obtain the fragrance. we will inform you if it is not possible (which is not likely).
